What we offer
Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) involves a structured virtual full assessment focused on frailty care. This assessment covers important aspects such as frailty and functional status, falls and mobility risk, cognition and memory concerns, continence issues, medication review, and advance care planning.
Short, focused medical consultations are also available. These virtual consultations address specific health-related concerns. It's important to note that these appointments are not for emergencies, do not replace a full geriatric assessment, and are suitable for follow-up or single-issue advice.
Additionally, we offer secure online consultations with written advice to support care alongside your GP and NHS services.
